MENTORING by SKYPE  

Mentoring plays a huge part in a Practitioners development and is something that is a huge part of my Trainers role.

There is much time and effort goes into this and a committment from everyone.

SKYPE is an amazing way to hold the Monthly sessions which help Practitioners to gain their required hours for AAMET.

• 12 hours required Group mentoring
• 6 hours required on a 'one to one' basis

So the monthly mentoring which usually lasts the mininmum of an hour and a half is a great support system

Whatever level we are at, we all need a Mentor as an essential part of our growth and development both as individuals and Practitioners.

The sessions consist of the following:

• Agenda of who is attending
• What issues each person is working with
• An opening 'general' tapping e g : Love, Forgiveness etc.
• Then everyone tapping with their issue individually
• Everyone in the beginning Borrowing Benefits
• Closing which is AOB left ?
• A Healing Circle with Tapping

Mentoring is strictly by appointment only unless there are exceptional circumstances to ensure that everyone receives the mentoring time they need.

It is important to ask your Trainer what mentoring they can expect following their courses.

NEW ! PRE - TRAINERS MENTORING 

These are 'optional' mentoring sessions by Skype for Level 3 entry only who aspire to become AAMET Trainers.

The format is very different to the required mentoring above.

When looking at AAMET requirements to become a Trainer, one of the elements is to have a thorough knowledge of Gary Craigs videos.

So this was the starting point and the first Pre Trainers mentoring session by Skype was held on 15th September 2011.

Looking at two of Garys videos starting with the Basics and then reviewing in 'minute' detail and discussion.

This also leads to Trainers tips .

These have got to be the way to go forward with the best Trainers we can produce for AAMET.

It requires a lot of hard work and committment from Level 3 Practitioners because often they are still completing Case studies for that level but it ensures that people are really committed when commencing this.

This is an optional mentoring and not currently a requirement of AAMET.
