Trainers are required by AAMET to ask students to complete Course Feedback Forms to assist the Trainer in developing and refining their course by tailoring and desiging or redesigning a session, part of a session or course if necessary.
This is an inbuilt structure that Trainers need to welcome as it is generally their only feedback on a course.
Trainers will often ask on the Feedback Form for example marks out of 10

When completed and returned these are reviewed by every good Trainer.
A student needs to feel comfortable about remarking on a Trainers skills, presentation etc
